 How to register for the new on-line serviceTo use the SystmOnline web service, you must be aged 14 or over and will need to come to the Surgery reception to request your username and password. You cannot register for this service online because your identity needs to be verified. Do not telephone the surgery as we cannot deal with this over the phone. You will need to bring the following documents so that we can verify your identity: - A current form of photo-ID (eg. Passport, new driving licence ) Plus - One utility bill, mobile phone bill or bank statement bearing your name / family name. The receptionist will then verify your identity, and issue you with a printout that will show your username, password, and the website address to use. Please allowup to 2 hours for your user details to become active. Once you have 'logged on', please follow the advice and change your password when you log-on for the first time.
